I was born and raised in Athens. I studied Economics and hold a postgraduate degree in “Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Development” from the University of Piraeus.

For several years, I worked in the marketing departments of multinational companies in the healthcare sector as a Product Manager. However, my love for children led me to education. Today, I work as a teacher.

For me, Kung Fu is not just a form of physical exercise but a continuous pursuit of balance, strength, and self-awareness. It is a philosophy of life that promotes discipline, endurance, and teamwork. These same principles apply both to teaching and sports, as they require guidance, effort, and continuous growth. With this in mind, my involvement in the administration of the sport was a conscious choice, aiming to contribute to its development.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Wushu Kung Fu Federation, I leverage my experience in management and promotional activities, helping to develop initiatives that strengthen the sport and enhance its impact. Along with the other board members, we work towards the growth of our athletes on an international level and the strengthening of Kung Fu’s presence in Greece, laying the foundation for a dynamic future.

I believe that with proper organization, teamwork, and new opportunities, we can reinforce the presence of the sport in Greece and open new pathways for its development. The values that Kung Fu embodies—discipline, endurance, and balance—are not confined to sports but influence every aspect of life.

As a wife and mother of a daughter, I understand that flexibility, perseverance, and continuous evolution are essential elements in every journey. True strength is not only found in effort but also in the ability to inspire, create, and move forward with vision.
